That MigMax was tempting for me, but I couldn't justify overbuying by that much. I can't get rid of my 120v fast enough.

Migmax has a way better duty cycle too. Are you using the C-20 or C-25 gas mix? I will end up swapping my TIG bottle to my MIG welder when I do any aluminum this summer.

    Pretty sure it's c-25.
My little brother welds for a living, told me to get a big bottle of Stargold so that's what I got.

I don't usually get branded stuff and I have to go all the way to Airgas in Independence. Is there somewhere closer to get gas?

Coolio. The guys at Airgas are kinda d-bags to anybody who doesn't have a business account with them, anyway.

I hate that. Try to give people business and.......you know.
I've only had good experiences at Welds Supply, was referred there by 515 and my little brother.
Treated me well everytime so far.

New wheel day, yo. This is a bad picture but it'll have to do until I get a better one. I might "need" tires sooner than I thought.

Does miller use a different tip than everybody else? I've been able to use any tips I've ever bought in my machines.

I'm honestly not sure. I've searched on it and its hard to get a straight answer. The guy at the shop seemed to think that miller changes the threads every couple years to keep one step ahead of the off brand tips. I should go measure my collection of .030 tips carefully.
