I saw a bunch of crocodiles yesterday in the Everglades. Very cool area!

I lost a fish to a hammerhead shark this morning! It was a decent jack. I almost managed to land the head, but that got away as well! I was a good sized shark, probably 6-7' long.

Are you allowed to keep hammerheads?

 

No. But there are a bunch of species you can keep. I kept a small blacktip a few years ago. It was delicious!

You can eat just about anything out there atleast once.

 

No. There's 16 if I counted right. They're divided into 3 different groups for regulations.

I just hope they put something better than that in the next 4runner. Even a hybrid would be preferable over the 3.5.

 

I have caught about 10, all small. They're pretty easy to handle when they're small. I would have been terrified to land that hammerhead!

 

I have ties in Miamo (miami), last time I was there, my dad and I hooked up to tree sails, all got off, 2 hammers, brought one in and cut the line, and caught a bunch of other fish. Was awesome!

 

Are they crazy about masks down there?
