    Is it legal in Indiana?

I mean...they're marrying their cousins so I guess it is?

So the ground goes to ground in the panel. And neutral in the panel goes to grounding rod?

Choosing to sell off stuff to help support your family is entirely different than being given an ultimatum to sell them or else, imo anyhow

Definitely do your best to avoid the water line

You really really wanna make sure the grounding rod is at least 6ft in the dirt under your slab if you go that route.

5k for a professional to come out and run a subpage is highway fucking robbery. I know electrians that will install a full main panel for those prices

Sometimes things change... it's taken 30 years but my dad wants to do stuff for me just to be helpful and there since he wasn't good during my childhood:laughing:

Don't know what good it does for me now but I guess better late than never?:notsure:

Although he's been a bookworm white collar dude his whole life so im not sure what help I could accept

I agree but it is what it is.

the denver area is fucking blowing up with everyone moving here right now. I can't even get people out to quote a 800-1000sqft flooring replacement or fix my fucking driveway that has been fucked since september when axle roommates wet wipes blew up the sewer main and cut up the driveway.

A friend of a friend is an electrician and has been too busy to even come quote the cash buddy price on the run.

Yes, so long as the ground in the subpanel is bonded to the ground in the main panel

That's how it was with my dad too. Totally different person now in the past 10 years than who he was growing up, better late than never indeed.
