    Dear Diary, we closed on the townhome yesterday, woohoo. now a couple frantic weeks of fixing up, flooring install, painting, etc, and move in last part of March or sooner.

    Haha, people are being paid :anonymous: for some of the stuff, mostly critical path stuff.

    We were able to get the HVAC system replaced as part of the deal as well :thumbsup:

    Flooring and HVAC next week

    You ever try casters for the surf? I started using a Penn fathom ii and squal last year, they’re pretty fun, just more effort.

    Ive got a ton of baitcaster that i bass fish with. But with line capacity at a premium, i just prefer a spinning real in the surf. I usually run 30lbs braid and on these 8000 size penns i should have close to 550 yards behind the leader.

    Just dont see enough reasons to go to a casting setup.

    got a bonus and a raise though so that was nice. Paid off a line of credit and a piece of Krystal’s student loan.
