Dealt with something similar. A real estate company back east bought a big chunk of land sight unseen and the previous owner had taken scrap tires for 30 years and then vegetation grew over and concealed it all. When they were cleaning up they would load up dump trucks and drop them afterhours in all the local wheel and tire shops. They ended up getting caught and had to pay huge payout to all the local shops. We documented how much labor and tire quantities and got almost 15K back after it was all said and done.

I figured I'd get more BS posts than good recommendations.

We used to do that with a cinder block old Christmas tree and a tire. Push them out on a frozen lake over a good fishing hole. Come spring ice thaws whole set up sinks to the bottom giving small fish a good hidey hole. Then we realized that was stupid switched the tire for another cinder block.

Most cities/townships/municipalities have a Hazardous Waste Depo. Look up yours.
