I'm pretty sure I replaced both my rears for free. Got 1 from two separate members.

have hope! I was just above 15 average with the camper on before having a tank of 10.13 mpg on the white rim trail. CAT scales said 5,9xx lbs that trip.

    Guess who's back?

So I'm gone in exile island for a month and the thread goes into a small meltdown. Lol. Thanks for thinking of me all the guys here and thanks for doing what you could to keep me filled in while you I was away @Murphinator , also, great to finally meet you @nudavinci64 and thanks for the Black Widow muffler!

@racebug68 no, the boosted spirit is still alive and well for these trucks. Speaking of which, I've done a few mods and have several revisions to add to page 1.

Paging @JustDSM send me a link to your HPTuners post and I will update page 1 with it.

As for footnotes, I am man enough to admit when I am wrong. I ran into a mental roadblock during my time away and realized my recommendation for exhaust system sizing post cats was wrong. It was right, but not based on power levels many of us are capable of or currently make.

2.5 is still a solid size which is suffice for us BUT that only applies if you have true duals. 3" sizing is the size necessary for all who wish to retain their Y pipe to single outlet OE style setup.

I need to document this. The ZZPerformance red intercooler pump that @Lucario Runner posted shows a nominal flow of 35LPM. The Bosch 010 upgrade pump I have posted in the past has a flow of 33 LPM or 8.8 GPM. The test of the ZZPerformance pump on the video @BenMara showed about 37 LPM or 9.7 GPM. It outflows the Bosch 010 upgraded pump by .9 GPMs but is out of stock on their website. Just be aware of this before you attempt to make a switch. It's definitely a nice viable option, but good luck getting your hands on one for now. For the record, the OE 002 pump cranks out about 7.7 GPM or 29.14 LPM. ALSO, one last housekeeping note: These flow values are taken fully unrestricted before the intercooler system pressure drop. So note this info @henryp

Ruthenium plugs/ tune: They are solid contenders and very capable of handling excess mileage (I logged 15K miles on mine before replacement and they likely could had kept going), BUT FIRST, correct your tune. What I and Justin have found is that without proper AFR data from the wideband is that the guess and tune style tuning is still very off and without wideband data we are still running rich in the modified TRD Tune. The AEM wideband is capable of being logged in HPTuners via serial data and all you require to do so is to use a RS-232 conversion cable, but there is more to it then that. For those who want the info I can post it.

@TRON did you ever check your relays? What took care of the buzzing and extended or non cranking issue you were having? I had @Murphinator throw up the suggestion you while I was away on my behalf.

Stumbling off idle: Check and clean your throttle body. Just take if off the supercharger entirely (4 bolts) and clean it, the PCM does not like it when the throttle body has residue on it and will causing the stumbling off idle/ mild throttle situations.

    Guys - need some help!

Installing a URD pulley and the bolt that is used to thread into the supercharger shaft to allow you to use a puller sheared off in the shaft as I get the stock pulley off.

    What can I do?

Pretty common stuff. Use a reverse drill bit if it's not too horribly lodged in there.

Also, who still uses URD pulleys anymore? That is so 2015.

Me? Nothing. The previous, a lot.
So the tensioner in my magnuson decided to snap and broke my fan blade and radiator. So much fun going on in my buddy’s garage and was wondering the following:

does Autozone sell a comparable part that can be used as an interim fix?

also, what are the drawbacks of driving the supercharger without the blower belt? Essentially running it NA

Sorry to hear about your issues bro. It is doable. You can run it in NA no problem until you fix your issue.

I have a pink fan clutch and fan blade setup here at home if you want it.

I should’ve upgraded the pulley but didn’t think it would break at 400 miles.

what distance or what should I avoid when running this NA? I’m about 1.5 hours from home and have to drive highway speeds
