I’m glad to see I’m not the only one that doesn’t really put miles on their truck.

Back from getting the truck serviced. The dealership did do the ECM flash like I asked, didn’t give me any problems or argue with me over it either. I could tell the truck drove different as soon as I left the parking lot! The accelerator is much more responsive, no “dead pedal” feeling when you first press on it and it seems more like a wired throttle as you increase pressure. The transmission shifting is also noticeably different. Where before it would quickly go through gears and hit 6th by 30-35 mph, it now holds 1-4 a little longer and drops into 5th about 40-45. It will stay in 5th without feathering the throttle. Most of my drive home was on urban roads with 45 mph zones, the truck seemed very responsive staying in 5th and only went into 6th at 50 and above as far as I can tell. I’ve only got about 20 miles total on the new flash but I’m impressed so far!

I had just 16k on my 2015 but they took away our take home vehicles and I have added 2k more since the beginning of the year. :(

Chebby got about 10k between May and November last year because camping. Toy...since I got him back in Nov 2019... has about 6k...and less than 200 since Christmas (the last time I filled him up). Between working from home and not doing anything but the most necessary travel due to my back issues both trucks are becoming lawn ornaments

Yeah...I was just looking at the pics the MT Highway Patrol posted on their instagram account....looked crazy. It happened on a bridge, sounds like the worst injuries were from folks jumping off the bridge into the river to avoid being hit by another vehicle.

Billings is our biggest town, lots of traffic and they don't usually get a lot of winter weather so when it does get snowy or icy over there things turn nasty in a hurry. My cousin works for the fire department and moonlights as an EMT for an extra shift here and there...I'm betting even if it was his day off today he got called in
The I90 bridge is where it happened, right in the middle of town

Some enjoy more mild winters - might get a little cold over there but the snow usually drops closer to where I am/ near the mountains
