Installed the 3TPAM. Have a tack-form phone mount on the way.

OK, DO NOT DO THIS MOD, WHEN YOU TURN ON THE SWITCH ITS JUST TRICKING THE TRUCK INTO THINKING YOU PUT IT IN REVERSE.... THE CAUSES "DRIVE-START CONTROL MALFUNCTION" ERROR TO POP UP AND NOT GO AWAY.

I just spent like a hour running through all my fuses, checking every damn thing. Finally I just did a discharge on the system after reading about the warning. Searching for that warning comes up with everything from a bad fuel pump, to o2 sensor, to chewed harness, to blown fuses, to bad transmission. But all the ones I searched had other warning with it too, so I just read what the safety sense part of the warning was, and it involves the truck being in a gear that it doesnt think it should be in.

This mod only works for 2017 and 2016 models. 2018+ has TSS and thats what causes the error.

Man, it’s like my truck has a younger brother! Your truck looks great! I am a bit biased though.
I washed my truck today and added a gas cap holder that a distant friend was able to 3D print for me using a design that was previously posted here. I also took mom to get her second covid vaccine shot today. It was a good day overall!

So how is the sound deadening? Was it worth it? Did you do your floors?

    Thanks

I primarily did it to enhance the audio quality of my OEM Audio Plus setup, however it has a very noticeable reduction in road noise. I've only done the inner and outer doors so far. I have ordered material to do the back of the cab and under the back seat next. This seems to be the next major source of cab noise.

Man, I thought you were gonna start drumming out a song on those doors at the end of that video for us.

I'm assuming that doesn't include the UCAs; though I'm still a little unclear on what they provide aside from more adjustability? Did you get the truck aligned after the lift and was it able to be put back into spec?

    Minor stuff.
Received and installed my scoop light today. Got it from SpartanXCustoms on Instagram. Real solid unit and quality build. Super bright. First night picture facing the grass and utility building is the scoop light by itself. The second picture facing the grass and utility building was taken with my scoop light, my 2 Baja Design S2s and my 2 PIAA 10” Ion fog lights. I also played with the strobe function on my Switch-Pros and had it flashing. Seizure inducing brightness. Install took me a half hour. Great instructions.

Honestly it wasn’t bad. I was not looking forward to the cut of the front bumper but there are s9me great directions posted by @Hodakaguy that really helped walk through it. It was a 6 hour job in total but I was really taking my time. Definitely worth the effort for the increased capabilities of having front tow points and a winch for me.
