You may not need the carrier bearing drop. Everything else looks pretty solid.

i have a similar set up and haven’t needed the carrier bearing drop but another 50% would argue the opposite.

did you get stainless steel brake lines for the front too?

No but might as well get fronts. I know they are not needed but SS doesn't swell like rubber even braking.

Do the 2.0s provide the same lift potentially requiring UCAs for the caster adjustment?

Add: I used 3* axle shims for a 3 leaf AAL to OEM leafs, but I have not needed the shims for the AllPro standard leafs. Ran them for a little bit and actually just installed the expo pack today.

Pretty much an ideal setup in my eyes. I don't do shims or drops unless there's a driveline issue personally.

Upper arms are always ideal but add them later if you plan on 285s with 32's they can wait.

They don't require UCAs due to not being extended but still lose caster.

I guess to keep the same preload on both springs for matching characteristics but you are right. I could just adjust the coil a few turns.

On the fox 2.5s I adjusted the driver side a little higher to offset the lean.

If you can do that with the ones you got, I’d do that.

I THINK the 2.5s were 2 turns on the ring equated 1/4”.

(Leaf pack should come with bushing and metal sleeves)

Make sure your stuff doesn’t arrive damaged either. In the pic above, look at the left front side of the nearest leaf pack. You’ll notice one side of the “clamping” band around the leafs is broken off. Inspect them when you get it. UPS throws these around as they are like 71 pounds.

took me an extra week to get a replacement but all-pro/wheelers/trailgear were good about getting a new one sent out to replace it.

just be aware. Little scrapes and stuff are expected and fixed with black spray paint (prevent rust) but structural damage is not supposed to happen.

Yeah I expect scuffs. Thanks for the info. How do you like your springs? Standards or expectations? I went with expos since we often load up our 650lb ATV and gear.

I liked the standards until I got the HC rear bumper and kept the 35” tire on the swing out. It became too much weight for a nice ride. I’ve only had the expedition pack on for a day and only took it for a short test drive but def like it; truck rides much better.
