Installed an

$165 MXT275 MicroMobile® GMRS Radio – 15 watts Two-Way Radio with Integrated Control Microphone – Overland Caravanning Tractors – Detachable External Magnetic Mount Antenna - 8 Repeater Channels

MXT275 radio today. Made it all nice and tucked into the seat and console so everything would look super cleaned and minimal. I added a full photo spread of the install on the Clean Radio install forum for anyone wondering.

Those are 4Runner wheels.

 

Rock lights installed as well as an Auxbeam switch panel to control all the lighting. It really cleans up the wiring under the hood.

 

Detailed it for the first time, then got conned into wheeling later in the day lol. Also just ordered a front bumper!

 

i haven’t found anything on specs for any lift though and how the aim might need to be adjusted and by how much

Only thing your Hilux needs is a DShK mounted in the bed!

I have the aluminum version which is about half the weight compared to steel. With the winch and bumper it comes close to the same weight as just the steel version.
So far after driving six hours I've noticed zero difference in how the truck drives or feels.
No difference at all in height either that I can see but I have the pro fox suspension and that may be a factor. With your Kings it should be fine as well.
Very happy with the CBI as far as fitment.
I do have to call them tomorrow and have them send the two reinforced side brackets as they forget to send them in my shipment.

I don’t wanna start a new thread for this question so hoping someone sees this and has some info.

I can’t seem to find any info about my 2018 stock SR catback w/ muffler is any different than the off road package. My buddy got a 21 off-road and added the TRD catback. Since I helped him with the install and a few other things he said I could take the old catback.

Few buddies have the OR packages and it seems like they definitely have a bit more aggressive sound than mine, but I’m not sure if this is in the exhaust or tuning. Is it gonna be a waste of time putting the off-road muffler on my truck? I’m only interested for a bit of a different sound.
