    Yeah, we all grew up swimming in the ocean as fun so my parents had to teach us early. So I did the same for my kids, some could swim before they could walk and they are all comfortable in the pool so I didn't have that drowning fear as much.

    In all seriousness though I never cared for swimming as a kid and even less so now, but the forced lessons stuck with me and I'd much rather go through life knowing how than not knowing.

    Like how many times can you risk flying over the ocean before shit hits the fan

    It actually makes sense because babies are born able to float so what my aunt's did was put my cousins in water every day since birth and he picked up swimming or something loosely resembling that

    I've done that before

    Fuckin vise was used by my dad a decade prior giving to me, it broke like the 5th time I used it when I was 13 or 14

    Ended up with a bohemith wilton vise from my highschool's scrap bin

    I picked up a wilton...made in china to wilton standards. Reviews are good, and it wasn't $600.
