So she still hasnt responded to my last 3 emails. But she did just respond to one of my comments I made on one of her FB shjpment uodates on the KTJO page. All she said was, "I apologize, I didnt see the email come through i refunds". Which is a flat fucking lie. Initial refund email was sent on Feb 7. She replied to it on Feb 11. And then crickets. I then replied to that same email thread again on the 19th and 25th. Again crickets.

Shes also now gone through the couple posts on her facebook and deleted my comments again....right on cue.

 

Shes actually going through and deleting almost every comment from everyone right now

So I actually bought it with my wellsfargo visa. So talked to them and they started the dispute process. They did say it will take some time because they need to get some additional approval due to the original purchase date being so far back. But since the part arrived and was rturned within the last couple months, they are still able to start a dispute claim. So TBD.

 

I'm 5'8 on the internet (so 5'7 in real life on a good day) and I take joint supplements

 

Sounds more promising than dealing with her, at least they want to retain your business.

 

I hope they drop the hammer.

 

We'll see how it goes. Im making no additional attempts to contact her. Balls in her court. Wells Fargo said it could take up to 60 days and theyll be contacting her as well. But im wast no more of my time reaching out to her. If by some miracle she issues the refund before Wells Fargo settles it, then all I have to do is call Wells Fargo and cancel the dispute.

 

That sounds like thr best plan. Time to wash your hands of the BS.

 

Wells fargo has been surprisingly good about transaction disputes in my past

 

After getting caught with 2 million fake accounts and dropping from first to fourth in accounts they really need to be good about things.

 

So far Wellsfargo has credited me back the purchase price. Pending what they get out of KTJOFourXfuckstick, they'll either sustain the credited full amount or if she says she's owes me less Wellsfargo will get in touch to get more info out of me.

It's not just that. The credit companies ding the sellers with some big time fees. One person said it was $1k?

 

So realistically, I'm not holding my breath. But at the very least, making her sweat it out and having to potentially pay a fine is like getting a free desert at applebees after they already brought you the wrong drink that you chugged when it hit the table.

 

While watching the waitress carry your drink by the rim of the glass from the bar in the kitchen to your table... because you live in Utah and they don't allow drinks to be made within eye shot of children in a restaurant.

Two traveling monks reached a town where there was a young woman waiting to step out of her sedan chair. The rains had made deep puddles and she couldn’t step across without spoiling her silken robes. She stood there, looking very cross and impatient. She was scolding her attendants. They had nowhere to place the packages they held for her, so they couldn’t help her across the puddle.

The younger monk noticed the woman, said nothing, and walked by. The older monk quickly picked her up and put her on his back, transported her across the water, and put her down on the other side. She didn’t thank the older monk, she just shoved him out of the way and departed.

As they continued on their way, the young monk was brooding and preoccupied. After several hours, unable to hold his silence, he spoke out. “That woman back there was very selfish and rude, but you picked her up on your back and carried her! Then she didn’t even thank you!”

“I set the woman down hours ago,” the older monk replied.
“Why are you still carrying her?”

 

And yes, I'm that guy that will send a drink back if I catch them carrying it by the rim of the glass at any point. That's just fucking nasty.
