    Hey @JustDSM speaking of power adders, when you installed your ported intake intake manifold plenum from @Roostfactor how much of an increase of airflow did you notice on your logs? There doesn't seem to be a lot of documented info on the matter and I'd like to explore that option at some point here in the near or sooner rather than later future.

    I did a little hand sanding/porting on my upper too. But I don't have any back-to-back data to quote/share as I installed the URD headers at the same time. What I can say is that after looking at logs from a whole slew of trucks with similar modifications is that mine seems to edge them out in airflow by about ~10g/sec. Now, please don't go quoting that the ported lower/upper give 10g/sec! :) It's just anecdotal observation from looking at logs and logs of logs.

    Is that still a 2 piece on later models? It is on my 2007 and I didn’t see a way to get a TIG in there so I didn’t think porting it would yield much without weeding the gaps first

    Yup. There's still a bunch of ridges and hangups that can be smoothed out. Not much wall thickness available to actually enlarge the bore size.

    About the most you can do with this. I've also been thinking about having my supercharger ported. Not sure when, prob when I buy another daily.

    All depends on how much you wanna pay... any of those options will be better than the stock arm. That's what you're replacing. It's been known to crack and break. That Steeda is pretty sweet though.

    if your trying to stay CA legal you will need some OEM or similar. none of the high flow stuff is CA legal that I’m aware of.

    Yeah.. OE. Lol. No other way around it.

    You COULD always have your OE cats modified to contain a metal substrate within. That would probably cost more $$$ Than a stock unit would though.
