I have zero issues with my current truck with 31k. Just don't drag your tail over the bolster as you get in and out.

I'm now getting the "Please enter a valid Toyota VIN" response, so things are looking up.

Yes trying to be careful getting in and out - glad to hear it’s possible to preserve them long term.

Have also heard the Chemical Guys leather conditioner is a good preventative. Ordered it but haven't applied it myself yet.

    Long short story

My truck was in 3-4 feet of thick snow. I had to dig out. Used 4H in reverse but it wouldn’t budge so I tried it in 4L in reverse and the wheels just did a burn out. I thought I ran out of options but forgot about the A-TRAC equip. Used it and finally got it out.

Now here’s the issue I am having with it

•Alignment is tilting to the left a bit

    •Braking is horrible

•Acceleration is weak. Engine sound normal but it feels like either the rear differential is holding it back or the driveshaft is stuck somewhere because its having a rough time accelerating.

    Any suggestions?

I did see your post in the other thread. Have you checked to see if there is snow pack and ice under the truck? That sounds like a viable issue that could be causing some of the problems.

Joined the AG club today! Love the truck but I must admit that my super white is still the favorite.

Upcoming mod, 3 inch lift, 285 KO2s, and gray sema wheels.

There should'nt be any snow underneath the truck now. I got it washed under yesterday and the weather is in the high 40's

Stopped to pick up some food for the family at a local Longhorns. Girl came out and wouldn't stop talking about how cool the Army green looked. Apparently her sister wanted the color, but couldnt get it so she settled for something else. She took pictures to show her. One of many compliments I've received so far on AG.

While I'm here, I ended up painting the radiator, so my 300 Industries grille would stand out a little more. I was leery about painting the radiator, but so far so good. I think it makes the Emblem pop a little bit more. Here is the before and after:

    Grill.jpg

Also ordered a replacement LED light for the bumper. So looking forward to filling that void.

Wow, that makes a big difference having the radiator painted, looks great. What did you paint it with?

It's called Eastwood High Temp Radiator Paint. i was supposed to go through a total process to paint it, but I just went all in and sprayed it on in a couple coats. I did tape it up a bit for overspray, and didn't drive it the rest of the day so it would cure. It didn't have to be too pretty, as my intent was to just make the radiator disappear behind the grill, which I think it does now.

A few weeks ago we took my wife's truck out to explore the desert west of the Salt Lake valley. My buddy with his JDM Land Cruiser tagged along!

    Somewhere hot, flat and brown.

I'm not what you'd call mechanically inclined, but is painting the radiator a good idea? Will that not clog or choke off the cooling fins in any way? Nice look though.
