Yea well first of all on a bus the driver is responsible for it's passengers and well if that dumb shit was wearing his seatbelt he probably wouldn't be in a field 100 ft away and he could probably assist his passengers off the bus to safety or give medical treatment to the ones injured

 

In a accident you don't want your passengers to die cause it's considered man slaughter for each one if you look up on the Interweb last year in Feb a school bus in virginia was hit by a dump truck it wasn't the bus drivers fault but 2 people on the bus were killed and he was charged with 2 accounts of man slaughter and is now serving a 12 year prison sentence
