    I wore a pair of steel toe boots to the airport once, many years ago. We couldn't figure out what was setting the detector off because I'm so used to wearing them :rofl:

    Regarding the poll, I used to wear steel toe boots because they were the only ones I found that I liked and fit my wide feet. I've since come across a pair of Rockports that I like so ditched the steel toe.

    Ironically, this morning I was putting my boots on and one of the laces broke so I'm wearing my usual attire - a polo and dress pants... with black Puma tennis shoes. So far, no one has said anything. :laugh:
