Yeah I really like the relentless bumpers too. I was hoping to find someone around here with one and get some dims off of it. I would prefer to weld up my own. It would probably cost just as much but I would like to say that I built it ya know. I wouldn't mind welding up one for a first gen either.;)
I've been trying to get my buddy to finish up his CNC plasma table. I would have him cut out all the plates, it would make it much easier. I have access to all types of welding equipment so projects like this seem like a no brainer.

I went out for a little bit. Did some drifting in the Mazda 3. :p that thing is way too light. I miss 4 wheel drive already. I went and got 3 60lb tubes of sand at home depot this morning. It helped a little bit. Need to get snow tires...... or a truck....

So santa's elves weren't very crafty and I saw my new 235/75r15 Kumho Road Venture SAT KL61 sitting around. Now I have to wait a whole week to get them. I wish I didn't know they were there... On the other hand I now cannot wait till this spring meet to try them out.

Yeah, I would rather build my own as well....but all my friends that I had when I was in the military (they had all the pipe benders, plasma cutters, etc.) all moved really far away from Ohio!! I've got my own welder, and plan on making my own rear bumper, but the front would need a little more then a cutter, chop saw and welder! There's only so much that I can do with the equipment I've got!

Also, thanks for the link to the ARB, if I had an extra $500 right now i would buy it! I love those bumpers! Bad timing with Christmas just a few days away... All my money is gone! Haha

Got my truck done today, did DTRL, hardwire radar detector, leaving tomorrow at 4pm to go to chicago.

Replaced air filter and spark plugs other day.

Going to check air pressure before leaving, have tools and what not in the tool box.

What did ya' end up getting your better half?

A thanks for the gift. I sent a can of really good all purpose silicone brake lube, some brake cleaner and a set of beam wipers, the wipers were 20 inchers, an inch or 2 shorter than the OEM length, but they'll work just fine.

....The Bench Console on Amazon I've been eyeing for 2 months...now has this message.....Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock......:( Goddamnit, and I told people to get me amazon gift cards for x-mas so I could get one.

If no one minds, I'm going to vent a second. I'm getting pretty damn tired of waiting on a few items....

I ordered a Axle Nut Set through work, at least, at least 3 weeks ago. Think it's more like 4. Nothing, nada, zilch. Have made 2 other orders though them recently as well and both arrived within a pleasent time frame.

Have been practically begging the Snap On dude for one of his kits for 2 months and finally the dude says he'll come up off it on, what would have been yesterday, and I go out to the truck, look around, it's gone. He tells me "I sold it, haha". I called him a douche bag.

Ordered another Ebay item from a seller with good rep. 99.7% Ordered Friday morning, says something about Electronic notification on Sat and that message has not changed all week and I've gotten nothing in the mail. And one of us has pretty much been home every night this week when the mail is getting here. Says estimated delivery is 12/22-12/28 so thats next Tuesday. We'll see.

    The Amazon console thing...

i got her a pair of shoes, some ohio state slippers for around the house and a necklace. time to start thinking about what to get her for her b-day in

we thought were going to have the baby this morning. our due date is jan 13th, but she woke up today around 2am in awful pain. we ended up going to the hospital around 4:30 and got checked out. she wasnt dialated any more than at her checkup earlier this week but was having contractions every 2-4 minutes. they gave her some pain meds and hung out for a while then got sent home. was really hoping she wouldnt come today. i really wouldnt want her b-day the day before x-mas.

sounds like you are striking out chris! snap on guys does sound like a douche!

Hope all goes well for you and your wife.

Everyone else have a Merry X-Mass. I'll post up my stuff if I get anything cool.
