Just go in and find the 0420 and 0430 tables and turn them off.

This places the o2 sensors in a not ready status though, which may be an issue for annual inspection, just fyi.

I think those tables are missing in the new vF.. or the name changed again.

I was looking for it but none of those options looked the same to me. I'm just one step up from a monkey on a typewriter though, so I may have missed it

Sorry! I keep forgetting to look at those when I have a tune file loaded. Those were just from a PDF map list that I made for reference.

Those byte maps were temporarily removed, some people were saying they weren't working, so we are setting up a new way.

Hell ya I am so excited the plan is to

already have my gas mileage/performance with full armor racks and 285/75 tires

do Tune for this on 91 oct have 1 week of comparison

    flash back to factory

March 8th do regear to 5.29 see how that does for 1 week on factory tune

then flash for 5.29/33/91 and giggle with joy at the awesomeness

Speaking of going back to stock flash that was the one thing I did not see how to do in the instructions.

Is this the file 04B04 ref stock.vtf? Will that get me back to factory settings?

Yeah. I spent two tanks on Stock after the last TSB was released. Could barely wait to get tuned again. Trying the Stock hot garbage really resets the perspective.

Yes. The Stock tunes are in the installation folder and will get you back there. The Stock tune is not in the Tune Pack.

I'm really considering going back to the stock tune for a tank or two, just to remind myself how awesome the OVtune is.

It's an eye opener. I'm just surprised that Toyota corporate allows this to continue to this day. The ECU group needs their heads smacked. :smack:
