Yeah; the city is nicer, larger, with a lot more to offer than where I live plus being a lot cheaper...with the best part being the house will be brand new.

The appointment are for layouts that are single story, and a much larger lot size than the others we'd consider if we went two story.

Still sticking with a 2 car garage, of course.

Lost my wedding ring in the pool yesterday at my daughter's swim lesson, luckily this is the exact reason why I had my wife put my real wedding band in her safety deposit box after we got married and I wear a $5 silicone ring day to day instead.

 

Fuck yea! Those are all awesome benefits, I know for myself if I'm planning it from the beginning it'll be a single story home for sure. You're larger lot size will work out in the long run to build playhouses and jungle gyms for the little one(s)

Warped Tour...man that brings me back. I only went once back in 2005 I think, at the Ventura CA county fairgrounds.

I remember seeing Bad Religion, Mars Volta (I think), A Perfect Circle....some other screamo bands I'm forgetting.

 

If the first one is an easy baby, then the 2nd will come fast. Then bam. There is some economy of scale though.

 

I actually did it mostly because it's a tungsten ring and I don't want to smash my finger working on the truck, at the gym, hockey etc and then have to get a tungsten ring cut off. As far as rings go it wasn't that expensive, think I paid like $300 for it. The real money is in the wife's rings lol.

But the silicone ones are great if you don't want to worry about losing them or what not

 

it's noble that you want to try and finally make a positive difference in the world

 

I'd like to see everything so far in writing because even I can't keep up

 

But if she sets the budget for a lot less than you planned for?



That's what she did LOL but I exceeded it anyway. Her reasoning being that money could be better used towards our down payment for the house which it did.

 

I figure if I make a positive impact, I might as well do it when I'm dead since I'll spend more time in that state vs any other
