Looking to rent or buy?

I’ve helped relocate 5-ish guys and myself for work up here between Crest Hill, Des Plains, Hampshire, and Lowell Indiana so I’ve got a little practice in.

 

I do the drive from indiana to aurora for school when I have to go for Toyota... it’s not HORRIBLE but it does suck

 

We had one Sunday morning; cars and coffee style. Those seem to have a ton of success.

Meetups at offroad parks are hit or miss. They're kinda far or people don't seem to want to get their 4x4 off pavement. Then, complain when we have more cars and coffee style events and no offroad events. Can't win.

Yup. I escaped and bought a house on a golf course, double the size of mine in bolingbrook and my mortgage is cheaper in NC. That's mostly due to lower property tax. Kind of moot if you are renting, but do some research on the financial situation in the state of IL and the lack of any solutions that doesn't involve more taxes.

The food is pretty awesome tho, I crazy miss that!

And bolingbrook is nice, snowys smoking naperville heroin or something. I lived there for 10yrs and it's cheap tax wise and overall I liked the town, it's quiet. Even the "hood" is nothing, plus crappy side of town means the cops leave you alone if you aren't a shithead.

I’ve done a few in the past. But I wouldn’t be able to do anything till summer at the earliest I’m so backed up.

 

I got a shop that does my work here but they are backed up too.

 

They are supposed to do mine around the same time. If something changes on your end, let me know.

 

It’s been crazy how busy I’ve been since august

 

PM me around the time your ready and I can let you know if they can’t.

 

I just went on Friday for some suspension work. I go back on 3/18 for my longtubes. After that when he can get me in should be the cam gears, plugs, and HPS coolant hoses. So I’m thinking around may/June based on their schedule

 

Remains to be seen. I won't know more until Summer.

lol, that seems to be how KC FB clubs go. Coffee or donuts, rarely off-road.
