Yep, I see that listed as a 16" 600lb spring!

Figures that’s my luck. I guess that explains why I couldn’t adjust them. Lots of pressure there.

Yup headstrong. Hopefully they help me out with this. They seem cool just wish I could call them instead of playing the email game back and fourth but we will see.

True. The PU bushings would have allowed OP's UCAs to articulate freely, despite being torque-spec'd while the truck was in the air. After all, those PU bushings can easily be placed in the ID by hand, resulting in freedom of movement regardless of being torqued.

Glad you found the issues, OP. That 16" spring is definitely compressed on the shock, which negates the use of the shock absorbsion. Hopefully you can get that resolved by getting that correct 13" spring.

    Fixed.

Damn! I hope Headstrong makes it right. If you plan on putting any weight up front such as skids or a bumper go with 600 x 14” springs

Mine shipped from Headstrong yesterday. I'll be sure to verify when they arrive before beginning install. I'm sure it was a fluke though.

Yeah I’m sure yours will be fine. I ordered them from headstrong but they were shipped from Florida. I know headstrong is in California so it wasn’t really there fault. Must have came out of a warehouse or something

No wonder your truck rode like a lumber wagon! And it also makes sense why you couldn’t adjust the preload. Them shits were on there tighter than a new prison inmates butt cheeks.

    Good luck with everything OP

He had 16" coils on it, when max should be 14". 16" coils are reserved for long travel shocks because they're longer.

I’ve been waiting for fox to get the return stuff all straightened out so I can send them back since they do all there own warranty stuff. Can’t say enough good things about headstrong. They sent me out a brand new set of coil overs today even though it’s not really there problem that fox mixed the springs up. I’d recommend headstrong to anybody, they are good people!

What was the correct part number needed? was it by chance 039-26-004-A ? thats the part number on my spring. My coilovers are not installed on my truck yet.
