What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

I was never a fan but I am starting to get sick of the mud on the side of the rig and it looks good on your old one. Always wanted glass but being on the East Coast I'd probably break it too easily.

 

Washed the salt off. Added some 34’s.

 

I need to do mine, it's not getting any better.

 

That's a mighty ugly 1st Gen.

Haha let me say this. I love my 3rd Gen very much so. But, I would not trade my 2 door, 5 speed, hand crank windows 1st Gen days FOR ANYTHING. Taught me how to drive stick, how to wheel, and how to work on trucks. Loved that little 4 cyl!

 

I had to take the opportunity to poke some fun, while I had the chance.
I'm also feeling a little ornery, running on an hours sleep in the past 48.

 

Something to be a little different.



Also repainted the front bumper and changed out the turn signal lights.

 

Yeah I have that problem too.

 

I need a set of these too. I'm also hoping they'll help with dust on gravel/ dirt roads.

 

Got an alignment done today. OME 2883, Bilstein 5100, Dakar leaf pack with AAL and 10" 5125 for the rear. Didn't get new UCA and this was what we got. Good enough for the girls I go out with, I guess

 

UCA bushing started blowing out after I greased them up RRRR! day before I get plates. Would you guys drive on this or should I just park it until I change them out?

 

Be patient, label everything, and watch Timmy the tool and guide on YouTube! Having the factory service manual helps too... let me know if you need any screenshots from it!
