Wow, so my first Toyota mod was 1984..bosch fogs.

 

The fogs are super cool!

When I was 17 Canadian tire was the place to go for parts!

 

Lol.....the step side 1st Gen Tundy was weird and uncommon.

I like the first generation Tacoma stepside much better.

Wow. A few years back we found NOS of the fog kits at the Toyota warehouse. I sold about 20 of them. I have a set on my MR2 now and kept the original box.

 

That's cool as hell, I would probably buy something if its on a tray or something instead of hard mounted into the vehicle.

 

was gonna do something similar to that (without the heating element) for my backrack. though plumbing a heating core wouldn't be too difficult with quick disconnect hoses...

I could have ‘em years ago. Little things vary in ‘em but make a Big difference. Kinda a Winter thing but I’ve seen ‘em year round in Parts.

 

Mine was a 1986 GTS.

 

Cool. It'll be interesting to see how slippery the tire gets on water with no siping, and how loud it is:



The alternating shoulder blocks x tire rpm will basically be the pitch of the tire's roar on the highway.

Easier to find than black boards when you need to stand on them in a mud pit to remove spark plugs...

 

Obviously I can't say yet but they look to be very similar to the Cooper discoverer maxx and pretty much the same as the discoverer pro which plenty of people use. Reviews say they so well in snow and rain and are quiet. Although which tire doesn't list all those things as a selling feature.
