From what I've read about ARB, the clutch gear is a sacrificial part. It's only engages in one specific way to the side gear as well, so just using your locker is going to eventually lead to failure.

To be fair, once I knew what happened with your rear locker, I did some digging. Found a pretty neat video of one of ARB's head engineers talking about their locker design. Figured if I'm putting one in the front of my truck, I might as well know what I'm really putting up front.

    Finally did.

Went to swoop an 05 4runner. Clean as fuck. Smelled like a dam ash tray and tasha said she could get rid of that smell with something else :rasta:

Was walking in to sign papers and thought "let me look under"..... Fucken rust bucket. That 4runner was so damn comfy. I'm on a mission now

    And.... No sam. No.. :p

Wife is being a hard ass on this 4runner adventure. But... Did find one she likes. Black 06. Already tinted and new OME lift. All work done at the dealership. Timing belt done recently. Has a roof rack that goes across the whole roof. I looked it up and its about 1500 bux. Gonna take it off and sell it if the deal goes thru. Make funds for some 33s and MT tires.
