I am in the process of working on some prototype plastics specific to the Tacoma. Items such as fender flairs (paintable, with much more wheel coverage), ultragauge mounts, access cab sub enclosure (under rear seat offset one side), ipad dash dock, pillar gauge mounts, satoshi insert for two piece grille, etc.

What would you as consumers like to see? Any comments are welcome, and I have zero prices available at this time, this is just a feeler thread. I am in conceptual design phases at this point. I want to make some decent qty production runs, but being in HI, I am also having to work logistics to keep product and shipping costs down as well. The floor is yours!

haha ok you originally said Ipad. Gotcha. How are you pushing your audio? bluetooth or tethered? I am working on something with power/usb integrated. My goal is to keep these products non-intrusive. No drilling required, so users can go back to stock if they wish. Are you using the stock H/U or aftermarket?

Cut out/off fender flares, for a bigger wheel clearance (like nOrth's fenders) and like a template for those of us who are willing to chop our fenders but need a little guided help.

    Yea,

Especially since no one is selling anything like that, and with the increasing number of people who want to run 35's on 3" of lift, I'm sure there would be a good group of people wanting to buy them.

getting hits on fenders, what specifically would you like to see from them? more tire coverage, if so how much? paintable or just black? different shape than OEM?

I think oem style maybe 1" or 2" of extra coverage compared to stock...and a cut out of about 2" higher clearance

And maybe a base black plastic so that you can leave them black if you want and also be paintable (for those like me who like color matched fenders)

Flare them out like 2" and keep em white for sure...like a smaller glasswork flare

Just buy the All-Pro Fenders if you want that (which are nice if you want just a little bit bigger fender and like the plate bumpers (most don't like up with Glasswork fenders)...I was suggesting more of a cutout Fenderflare (similar to the Bushwacker Cut Off Flares)

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Hi, I would love to see a cowl cover (something to cover the windsheild wipers) so that most of the snow won't get in and freeze the wipers solid. If you make it, I will come. Thanks. Steve
