I bought this OEM Grille PT228-35200-20 (thanks to a member here that gave me the info). It's part of the TRD Liftkit. I found it to be cheaper than any aftermarket I found. The lettering came black and molded into the grille and cannot be removed/swapped out.

This is a very good read. All Tacoma owners that are considering a lift and larger tires should read this and do your homework accordingly. You need to read the whole article. Especially about increased weight. Hint: regear should be calculated in with the lift and tires.

And rav4 mirror option for those that are interested. This is non-bsm part #.

That's a horrible idea. What time?
With all the extras on the truck now, I don't use the tunnels anymore. I bought one of these:

I did that with my old F150. I didn't have a problem with it. It was the type with the Velcro strips on the sides.

Looks damn good, especially without the black vinyl in between the two doors.

Thanks for all of the info guys

I have cheapo stick on dome mirrors that do what I need and shows me the whole lower side of my car and importantly the back wheel so I can manoeuvre around rocks and mall curbs.

Presumably your mirrors do the same, hard to tell from the pictures, looks to be more for seeing vehicles in the blind spot...?

I put the rav4 mirror glass on mine and they are just for driving blindspots. I couldn't be happier with them.

I keep it on my person so if I need to exit fast I don't have to grab it and reholster etc. But I guess they are okay for long trips

edit: Would advise to keep loaded unless using as blunt object then youre fine

    Lots--
Did a couple things last night---

AP Bed Stiffeners -- used extra bolts to make it stronger in the bed. Had to take out body mount bolts and tail lights to get it in perfectly. I still need to cut the mat a bit.

    IMG_0055.jpg

Put my Martin Roof Rack together -- Gage is shipping me 2 more crossbars too. GREAT customer service.
    IMG_0107.jpg

Hammered in some @ARCHIVE bushings-- will be installing this week or next-- eventually hammer hangers with high clearance cross member.
    IMG_0062.jpg

    IMG_0063.jpg

Also installed @ARCHIVE's ABS Skids-- such an easy install and smart product. Definitely recommend if you wheel at all. I've been all over so yeah I know I need to clean back here...

    IMG_0065.jpg

Slapped on the @ragofabrication rear shock guards too

    IMG_0066.jpg

Shout out to @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc for the U bolt flip too. I put this on about 6 months ago. Made a bracket to reuse stock bumps too.

Installed my Screen Protech head unit cover.
The original they sent me did not fit my truck. I went back and forth with Screen Protech a bunch, and we finally concluded that there is possibly an error in their SR5 drop down. The head units might have changed.
After a bunch of headache originally (and long periods of silence from Screen Protech) we finally got everything figured out. They shipped me a new cover, and all is well. Great customer service in the end.

At $15-20 a wash, I use the driveway as much as I can. I will run the wife's car through the tunnel for the undercarriage in the winter.
