It's a forum, people are often mistaken and things go sideways. @OffroadAlliance.com seems to offer a bunch of support and discounts when they can. I don't think this is the proper place to vent about a lack of discounts.

You are correct. They do offer a ton of support. I like that about them. I just didn’t know people weren’t allowed to reach out to them and ask for the best offer at the time. People get so up in arms about the smallest stuff. They said no, great. No worries. Life moves on
