    Thanks, I wasn't 100% sure what size they are. I mainly want 17's 'cause I can go tall/skinny with a 245 70 17. The Taco will never be a modified off road rig, I just want to give it a bit of an upgrade, if you will.

    When I got stuck in my driveway with the last deep snow ( because of the all season tires) I jumped into the 4runner and went around the Taco through the deeper snow in 2WD, mainly because of the better tires on the 'runner.

    Yep, my favorite Toyota wheel. I usually frequent craigslist and FB marketplace, but haven't had any luck finding any beyond when I scooped these. I might even buy another set just to get one, if they come up lol. you don't have to go out of your way for me, but sounds like you're the local expert haha

    You can get a repop version of them for not too bad...but i’ve never dealt with repops personally.

    i’ll definitely keep my ear to the ground! But i wouldnt say i’m an expert lol. I’ve just had the luck of going through a lot of wheels and tires lol

    Got a email from Freestyle fabrication- the 'runner is done. Now I'm scrambling trying to figure out a way to get there. My initial plan fell to pieces today. renting a u haul tuck/trailer is stupid expensive, almost as much as a roll back to bring it home. Uber is around $120.. U-Haul dolly is cheap, I just don't think it's wise to tow that much with my base model Taco.

    Has anyone used their Taco to pull the auto transport or tow dolly with something as heavy as a 3rd gen 4Runner? My biggest issue is I'm by myself, there's no one to ride with me and drive my Taco back home while I drive the 'runner.
