Play money is never counted on for any real expenses. I also put 15K of play money into Chainlink over the last month. That's not getting touched though. I have play money left in the brokerage account but I'd have to sell ALTO at a loss to be able to use it. I might end up doing just that depending on what happens over the next 3 days. lol

Yep. Sucks even worse that ALTO's earnings aren't until Mar 25th. I've resigned myself to the fact if they don't go up after earnings I'm taking the loss. So, if they don't go up after earnings it means I'll miss out on 20 days of trading those funds to recoup that loss. Joseph Heller would be laughing his ass off.

 

Now that's an obscure reference for hindsight (well not really hindsight, but I don't wanna give the joke away). Nicely done.

They literally give them out like candy. It's probably the easiest broker to get options trading enabled. Just go into the app / website and apply

Or better yet, ditch them all together because they're a shit demon corp. I only still have money in there cause I can't risk getting my GME shares tied up while they transfer.

Haha yea I have my E Trade account set up with options trading. I just didn't ever see an option anywhere on RH to do so.

 

Favorite move is to tell people to say they've been trading equities and options for 30 years and are $500K liquid...Stupid robinhood...
I'm pretty sure fidelity checked up on me before I got approval...They rejected my friend...So I gave him my Fidelity Options Pamphlet they mailed to me and told him to try harder next time
