For sure, they’ve became way easier to get the last few years though.

That’s a good group of tags! I’m sure someone will get one. I saw a few in the fall on an elk hunt.

Some big ass pumpkins! Looks like you’ve got a good outfit going. For some reason I shoot the tall ones with smaller heads. I got this guy in 2019 and he measured 7’1” and didn’t make B & C...

    Henrys?

I put in general for la sals but my limited choice is south book cliffs and my once in a lifetime is mtn goat. You get those bears with dogs? I grew up in PA and we get the tag when we buy our buck tags. So youre hunting buck and heyo theres a bear.

Man, I can't believe you don't eat bear. It's like a premium meat. I guess you aren't vegan or you wouldn't be hunting to begin with. Ask someone that's tried it. It's like kobe Beef.

La Sal is permo for bear fall or spring

bookcliffs is ok, loads of 24” 4 points.

    and yes, hound dogs.
I’m not gonna eat something that prefers to eat the road kill with maggots instead of the fresh road kill

I've had bear and I cant complain, one thing is tho on the east coast if you get one it all depends on what they eat. Dumpster bear vs a non dumpster bear. Ive always found interesting that scavengers taste the best. I mean you see what crabs eat?!?

If I was hunting with you and I killed it, I'd gladly give you the hide but you'd have to fight me for the meat. That's nuts. Do you hunt with anyone? Do they take it home? What a waste. I can't get over it. It's like pouring good, aged liquor down the toilet.

We use dogs to make sure we got a good mature male. We end up tree quick a few smaller bears and a young males.

The big boars like to stay on the ground and walk the dogs, way more fun when they do that.
