Yeah, those are much beefier, extended spindles. Those don’t really need gusseting.

Completed set of spindles with a JD Fabrication Spindle Gussets and Double Shear Steering Tab Kit shipping to SoCal tomorrow. These are my new favorite gussets to weld. Really nice kit. Let me know if you would like a set welded up.

So I have a DirtKing ball joint upper arm, and I have been told that the TC gussets won't work for me because of the castle nut on the bottom of the UCA bolt to the spindle. Are you aware if the JD kit is the same or if it will work for me?

Hey man, nice work! Quick question for you: I have Camburg spindles that I want to convert to double shear heim steering. I already have the new heim tie rods too. Any chance you'd be willing to weld on tabs for the double shear on the spindle and ream out the taper to 5/8"? I'm just over here in the Bay and can come your way. DM me if interested. Thanks!

Well you have two options: Lots of people have had issues with the cattle nut fitting adequately for their spercic UCA. I have found a castle nut that can be ordered that will work for you. I recently just helped @HJC do the same thing.

The JDFAB kit should work no problem because their gusset style does not thicken the part where your UCA bolts up to.

I currently have two sets of TC Gussetted spindles in stock and ready to ship. PM me if you would like to move forward with a set.

Just finished reading those 6 pages.. Those are some sweet burns you’re throwing down dude! I’m pretty interested in the complete gusseted spindle w/ JDfab heim steering kit. I have dirtking boxed uniball ucas. Which main arm spindle kit do you recommend? (TC or JDFab)

Good Morning. Thanks for the compliment.

Both are very good gussets that will keep your spindles straight while you abuse them on trails. These two styles are the ones I prefer the most and will give you the best protection.

If your leaning towards the JDFAB kit, I recommend just going with their style gusset. It’s really well made, lines up very nice, and in my opinion is a really well made gusset.

PM me if you would like to move forward with a set.
