following a popo through downtown and at an exit with curbed median in between a truck cuts me off and drives over the median. popo immediately slows down for the next exit, lets truck pass and pulls him over.

I looked at the Klim one a while back, but like he says in the video, there's a subscription fee or buy it outright for I think double the cost and get updates for only 3 years or something. If there were a sub-$500 with no ongoing fee electronic one I'd buy it.

I don't think I'd want a tether for off road. I've had some very low speed offs where it wasn't really a crash but more a controlled dismount that I'm fairly positive would have set it off at the >60lbs of force.

 

some really good/messed up videos on youtube of riders going off the road and into the trees riding through tail of the dragon, pretty sure some of those guys only lived to tell the tale because of those inflatable air bag vests...

i dont ride like that so not on my list of must have gear... but for sure it has saved many a lives at this point.

 

When are we doing a tail of the dragon trip? I will catch up at the stop lights! Also buy a grom so we can hit up the grom rally June 11th.

It’s been a year already!?

 

Planning on giving mine a bath when I get home from the cube farm. Left knee is almost back to its normal size and I haven't been on the bike since.....January 22? WTF this is wholly unacceptable!

 

No, not yet. A year will be on my birthday at the end of July. But the bath is for 2021.

 

What Grom rally do you speak of?

 

I'm sure this gets asked yearly, but who knows of an outlet to watch the upcoming race season? I'm talking all of them on the same site/channel, Motoamerica, WSBK, MotoGP, British cup, and so on.
