And that those NP205s will blow a Tcase chain quicker than any brand I've seen

 

The old iron case 205 was okay, but the newer NP or NV cases in chevy silverados are amazing at wearing through the aluminum case with their slackened chain until the whole thing explodes... All without ever once using 4WD

The ones I cut up work alright. They are all 1/8" out of round though.

They balance out just fine. You can balance an egg for rotation but it will not roll smoothly on an axis

 

It's an offroad rig.. you shouldn't be going fast enough for that to matter
