Could grab up some $NAIL?

 

I'm avoiding it altogether right now based on the uncertainty of the housing market. The eviction moratorium, lots of moving..costs of materials...It's probably a fine steady buy to play in and out but I don't want to be in it trading sideways or climbing up and gapping down over and over like it has been for 6 months.
If you buy $NAIL be sure once it's up $5 you set a trailing stop to lock in your profits and then buy back in after the dips...Even if you buy back in at a higher price, as long as it's going up and you exit with $$ you'll keep making money. It's just a lot to watch right now with so many things going on.
I chose $NRGU, rode it from $85 to $150 and started taking profits. That worked out much better Still holding 25% of my shares from $85

 

I set sell at $45 at 7:27....must’ve been before that lol
