    We had 2 individuals, 1 masters and 1 team all make it to the world championship, so you know we can train them right ;)

    Seriously though I don't know anything about surge, but since devin goes there it might be ok. MBS is a good one I've got a friend that goes there and Pat is a hell of an athlete. It would be a bit of a drive to make it down to mine, but you are welcome to come just let me know!

    The only reason I did not say front range is because of the drive he would have to make. But I loved Front range it is huge and so many athletes that work out there. We have several competitors at surge Im sure Brandon will be highly ranked after sectionals. Pat is a beast just like his brother Forest, and Rob from MBS as well.

    Well due to my AC compressor I'll be here til about Tues or Wed. I've been to MBS last year and like it a lot. I know Brooke Keifer goes to FRCF IIRC

    Yeah MBS has good people all around. I have several friends that work out there. I enjoy my box it has way less people because its the newest on in Denver but the coaches ate bad ass.

    Oh I know, but I cant wait. The shit I am doing now is just retarded. Helps you none whatsoever. Went down to the gym today, didnt do the wod but just went and supported my mom. The wod was called 12 gifts of christmas

    12 squats
    11 sit ups
    10 20/16 lb wall ball
    9 53/35 KB swings
    8 Burpees
    7 box jumps
    6 deadlift 95/65
    5 hang clean 95/65
    4 hang cleans 95/65
    3 racked lunges 95/65
    2 front squats 95/65
    1 miles

    It went 12/ 12-11/ 12-11-10/ 12-11-10-9... and so on. So you end up doing 144 squats. We had one girl do it at guys weight and got 37 mins.
