Bilstein 6112

OH SHIT CHECK IT OUT YO MY SHOCKS ARE ON THEIR WAY

 

Hold up. Those could be just the 5160s?? Or did you only buy the 6112s?

 

I ordered everything on Dec. 14th. About a week later I emailed Wheelers and asked if my order had shipped. They told me the AAL and 6112’s were out of stock so I told them to split ship my order. I got my 5160’s and bumpstops right before Christmas, then I received my AAL in early January. What shipped today is my pair of unassembled 6112 shocks

 

Oh nice. I'm having them assemble mine. Hopefully they got mine.

 

He said they received 30 pairs in general. Not sure how many are going to be sold as unassembled and assembled

 

I called them immediately after seeing this and they said they didnt have any... He said "Well, we did get a couple sets in but they are already spoken for". So, I guess that is you guys. Good for you. Bumming for me.

 

That news gets me pretty pumped. Hopefully I can get mine soon.

 

Call and give them your order number

 

I emailed them. He said he's going to check if he can get them out to me.

 

He said the same thing to me

 

We shall see.

 

So, not to be Debby downer, but I got the email yesterday that the order is delayed due them not having the 6112. I guess there must be a good list in front of me and I wasn't on it with the newer order.

 

From my knowledge I'm #4, Ali3n is 2 or 3

 

Guy told me I was #1 for unassembled. That’s how I figured out why our order dates and place in line didn’t match up

 

I figured it out when I called them because mine are going to be assembled. It's going to be a couple more weeks.

 

Sorry to hear that. I ordered KYB top hats on Amazon that’ll get delivered this Saturday. One of my friends owns a tire and suspension shop and said he’d be able to assemble my shocks for free once they arrive.

 

Maybe I will email back and ask where in line I am.

 

When’d you order?

 

I work at a shop. Spring compression is not fun. I'm not a tech but my buddy that works where I work is and the compression can be a pain. Hopefully it works out well for you guys.

 

Shop I’m taking it to are experienced with King, Fox, Icon, etc.
