Even the original owner, I have never heard of a manufacturer buying back a 4 year old vehicle. Good luck. Let us know what Toyota says when you hear back from them.

Most people want to hate the Ridgeline but the usefulness and comfort in that truck are dialled to 11. I had a taco and now a 2020 Ridgeline. What it can’t do off-road, it can do more on road (which is where most trucks spend their time anyway). It’s a race car compared to other trucks, hammering that thing on an on-ramp with torque vectoring AWD sending more power to the outside rear wheel is simply an amazing experience. For on road manners intelligent AWD is so much better than “dumb” 4x4, you put your foot in it and it goes…in a straight line even when slush and snow are trying to send you sideways.

I test drove a Ridgeline, it is a nice vehicle. It’s a totally different ride, more like a car to me . It’s all about what you want . The Tacoma is far more truck like. It comes down to what you want. It just didn’t check the boxes of what I wanted. Different strokes..... that’s why we have so may options .

You know, when people tried that line on me, I'd hand them a slip of paper with a phone number and tell them "Have your lawyer call mine, we're done here". Truth was, anything further I said could bite me in the ass, so all discussion stopped at that point.

Problem solved. I basically just said F*it... LOL . 2021. Rides so much better and hopefully won't leak. got like 25 for the other one. it was a sad feeling. but oh well. window tinting will be the first thing and tonneau cover next. the one I had was beginning to fall apart. but I did keep the skid plate and the TRD cat back muffler.

That's one way to resolve it lol.

I guess you weren't swayed by the Ranger and Ridgeline salesmen in this thread. Stunning.

there is no way. I like Honda’s. I think their reliability record is awesome. But prefer to drive a truck . The Previous Tacoma is the first one to ever have an issue.
