    I think the only real difference is the eyelet hole on the leaf spring

    95.5-97 Tacomas can use Belltech drop leafs offered for 89-95 Toyota p/u since they're the same length.

    Nope, they're different lengths. You'll need to source 4x4 leaf springs.
