Just a question about the 110 socket... Can you run a freezer off it as you motor down the road? I just got a truck with one and have never tried using it.

Yes, the 110 socket will do 100 watts while driving (more than enough for a fridge/freezer) or 400 watts while running and parked. I added the 12v sockets for my 12v fridge while camping.

So the 12v fridge runs off an extra battery in the bed of the truck, charged as you drive or idle?

Instead of going dual battery I ended up getting a Jackery 500 and 100watt solar pack. I will use that while camping and run it off my single 27F AGM battery while on the move and backup for if its raining and the Jackery has died. The Jackery ran the fridge for over 48 hours without the solar during tests and assuming it's sunny out the solar will charge the battery faster than the fridge can drain it. Power in the truck bed is backup/failsafe. That being said I want to run tests and see how long the truck battery will last when running the fridge solo. I also have a Noco jump pack in case of emergency.

Right now I only rub on big dips like going into driveways. I didn’t do any trimming but I would like to do a CMC to be safe and trim a little of the fender liner. I also purchased my tires with the wheels used and they were at about 70% tread maybe, so idk if new tires would rub

Wired up my new Chinese pods to my fog harness and I’m very impressed with the light output. Naturally, Had to flex on my street. I literally just removed my factory fogs & drilled a hole in the bottom of the fog pocket for these pods and then butt connected fog wires to the pod harness after chopping off the factory connector. I wish I did this a long time ago.

Any idea why there is that bent section that greatly reduces clearance? Maybe it's for exhaust on a double cab?
I hate to say it but, I'm pretty disappointed that the tranny skid needs an extension and the transfer skid sticks way down like that.
I didn't spend all that money to have to fab my own parts just to make it work. Plus, I got the aluminum version and the carriage bolt spun first try. Yay.
I hope yours works out better for you...

I will probably make one out of 3/16 steel eventually. For now I have a piece of 1/4 x 4" that I will use as an adapter. Ugh

Damn that was pretty quick! You got the bottom bolt spacers for the rear shocks right?

yes. I have a box of the hardware that was removed originally. I didnt send those to Downsouth. One thing that I didnt like, they did not replace the lower bearing. I can move it by hand. I know it could be an issue later

Ah darn it's the little things eh and those are really easy to switch out, I had to do all four on my pair of shocks since they were bought used after being beat to crap. Bearings are like $12 each. Just hit me up if you want to try and diy and I'll walk you through it

it bends down to clear the stock exhaust pipe. They also sell a rerouted exhaust version that is flat.

I feel like you can’t get that mad about the fitment not being perfect when they don’t spec it to fit 4 cylinders.
