I wanted my 3rd spot to be that voltmeter! Couldn't justify spending 65$ on one though. That's the cost of all 3 of these combined!

Since I’m running my fridge off it from a single group 27 AGM battery, I thought it would be a good idea to keep and eye on things from there.

how long can you run your fridge without starting the truck? Also have a 27f AGM and looking to add a fridge this spring.

I'm in a similar boat except I also have a Jackery 500 and solar, if/when the Jackery runs out I can hook up to the truck now without leaving keys in it. My fridge and fridge remote both display current battery voltage so I'll just be going off that or my display in the cab.

Was about to ask this question as well. I also have a 27f AGM battery. I was going to test this weekend and see how long it'll go before the safety cutoff engages.

I’ve only run it for like 36 hours... I’ve not run it to the ground yet. I’ve got a battery jump pack. And will likely add solar at some point. But the fridge (Dometic) is so energy efficient I’m not worried about it for the time being.

Just a question about the 110 socket... Can you run a freezer off it as you motor down the road? I just got a truck with one and have never tried using it.

Yes, the 110 socket will do 100 watts while driving (more than enough for a fridge/freezer) or 400 watts while running and parked. I added the 12v sockets for my 12v fridge while camping.

So the 12v fridge runs off an extra battery in the bed of the truck, charged as you drive or idle?

Instead of going dual battery I ended up getting a Jackery 500 and 100watt solar pack. I will use that while camping and run it off my single 27F AGM battery while on the move and backup for if its raining and the Jackery has died. The Jackery ran the fridge for over 48 hours without the solar during tests and assuming it's sunny out the solar will charge the battery faster than the fridge can drain it. Power in the truck bed is backup/failsafe. That being said I want to run tests and see how long the truck battery will last when running the fridge solo. I also have a Noco jump pack in case of emergency.

Full OME BP-51 kit, TRD Pro 16in wheels, go fast camper, some other cool stuff.
Right now I only rub on big dips like going into driveways. I didn’t do any trimming but I would like to do a CMC to be safe and trim a little of the fender liner. I also purchased my tires with the wheels used and they were at about 70% tread maybe, so idk if new tires would rub

Wired up my new Chinese pods to my fog harness and I’m very impressed with the light output. Naturally, Had to flex on my street. I literally just removed my factory fogs & drilled a hole in the bottom of the fog pocket for these pods and then butt connected fog wires to the pod harness after chopping off the factory connector. I wish I did this a long time ago.

Any idea why there is that bent section that greatly reduces clearance? Maybe it's for exhaust on a double cab?
I hate to say it but, I'm pretty disappointed that the tranny skid needs an extension and the transfer skid sticks way down like that.
I didn't spend all that money to have to fab my own parts just to make it work. Plus, I got the aluminum version and the carriage bolt spun first try. Yay.
I hope yours works out better for you...

I will probably make one out of 3/16 steel eventually. For now I have a piece of 1/4 x 4" that I will use as an adapter. Ugh
