I don't understand some of these prices up on the mountain. For $200k I would want a cabin on that land.

 

So add 10k for well and septic?

 

Finally put in some OEM floor mats that won't kill me lol the crappy aftermarket ones kept getting stuck under the clutch and brake pedal

 

I had a estimate for a well on one of my lots and I was quoted $10k. I'm not sure about septic.

 

Who is the guy that does OV tunes? Friend of a friend wants to get it done, but he isnt on TW. Will need to send a pigeon with the number to pass on to another guy..
