I keep seeing all of these boiled meat recipes. They really do look great but I get amazing results from my regular cooking. Meh, I might break down one of these days and try it lol.

It is perfect for people that have a hard time hitting the right temp, also delivers edge to edge perfect temp (no gray bands) and it works wonders on tougher cuts, as shown above

I actually tried out a copper bullet recently. Doesn't seem to shoot any better or worse than a lead one. I might use it this year who knows. If anyone can keep their eye out for some 6.5/264 140gr berger vld bullets that would be fanfuckingtastic. My rifle really likes those. Just the bullets.

Well we had at least this little 7 point that made it without getting shot... Legally anyway. Got a half dozen pics of him. Hopefully he hangs around to come out in front of the wife or kid next year... Or makes it two years and comes out in front of me lol about 4 hours after season closed here.

Since Moose are members of the deer family. If I'm fortunate enough to win a Moose tag this year, I'll post up my trip plans, prep, gear, hunt, etc.

    Probably just jinxed myself.

I got one august last year! Big sucker. Split two ways and I’m about half way through my share. Moose tacos every Tuesday and moose soup on Wednesday every week.
