    Metal roofing is pretty darn heavy. Hopefully you get that all worked out and no future structural issues.

    Thank you, its heading towards getting resolved. The previous owner for some reason tried nailing down the metal roofing and this is a high wind area which pulls up on the nails and then water leaks in and compounds the problem.

    I hate this. Especially with a roof where it causes several problems if done wrong. I got one done last fall but they're screwed in and there's enough shielding

    A lot of things I find that he did around the house and garage drive me nuts! Honestly think he got many things for free and just used whatever they were instead of using the actual correct items.

    TRUE STORY...

    When I was like five, I was out in the backyard with my dad after it had rained, and I saw an earthworm; I looked at my dad and asked where worms were made (thinking they actually came off an assembly line or something). My dad just said "worms aren't made" and left it at that; At only five years old, there's no way in hell he was giving me the "Where do babies come from?" speech! :D :rofl:

    Around the same time period (I was no older than six), my mom told me that "it takes ingredients for a mommy and daddy to make a baby" but wouldn't explain beyond that because I was too young. I got "the talk" from my dad when I was in 5th grade, so I was 11 years old when I learned what sex was and where babies come from; We happened to be in the kitchen when my mom told me "it takes ingredients to make a baby, and I took one look at the stove and got it into my head that babies were "made" in the same way that someone bakes a cake or a casserole... :D

    By the way, I think Velma is more attractive than Daphne; She’s more curvy and voluptuous, and she has bigger boobs than Daphne as well... :D

    And they’ve got Fred! However, in my opinion, Daphne should have the AK-47 (gold plated, too) and Fred should have a semi auto handgun in either .38 or 9mm...

    The 2002 movie where she's played by Linda Cardellini? Totally! The actress was younger then, than I am now; Now, she's like 46! :eek:

    I'm not saying I wouldn't sleep with a 46-year old woman (in fact, I definitely WOULD), but I'm just amazed how the years have flown by! My Grandma on my dad's side was 50 when I was born, and she's 82 now!

    @Taco critter

    I've got a friend who lives in the Pacific Northwest; She's got Aspergers to and we met online. Roughly this time last year, I had plans to fly out there for the sole purpose of hooking up with her. She was about 52 or 53 at the time and I was 30... :D

    Unfortunately, COVID hit a short time later and sidelined those plans; Now she's seeing someone who lives near her, and that ship has officially sailed... :(
