It's the 'I worked 6 days while my advisor was off, then drove 6.5 hours to help install front and rear bumpers on a dudes truck, then right back to work for 4 days' holiday. It's sacred.

Lighting your garage on fire doesn't sound like the best idea.

But it shouldn't take 60lbs of propane to do it.

    Happy Friday, motor whores!

Yeah, they don't mix. Unless you're just a Lodge Rat, I suppose, in which case you're not skiing anyway. But you've got to have something lined up for your Apres Ski, since the mountain shuts down at 4PM. The place we were staying had a big fireplace and a view of the lake, so in Friday & Saturday evening we hung out by the fire, played cards, and drank beer.

Thanks all! Much appreciated, yesterday was pretty normal, going to do a nice dinner this weekend to celebrate. Just also happens to be my weekend off work!

I disagree sir, this is one of my favorite hobbies. Just have to ski with a group of 3 to make room for the backpack on the chair

Shrug. I could probably manage it if I was just skiing greens & blues, but I wouldn't want to try it on a double black. Seems like a good way to end up in the trees or in a sled

Right. I remember that; the babysitter banger. Kept his eye on the ball but skied right into a tree.

That's true, although blues are dangerous for me. I usually end up taking the blues as a high speed carving section (assuming traffic allows it). In blacks or double blacks, I'm usually going considerably slower due to the terrain.

Same. I'll generally ski a blue or green run much faster than a double black.
