Alright guys my grandma was generous to give me a check this Christmas that she said was to be dedicated to "car parts" so I've narrowed down my options down to two items, Husky liners or adding some shackles or a block to reverse my bro lean.

I would really like some husky liners because im tired of my mats getting permanently scrunched up and their getting all stained and what not due to food/oil/dirt and a salt snow mix. I figure they would be a nice addition to the interior which I have spent nothing on.

However my 2" aal is sagging like crazy and I really don't like bro rake. I have a few options there. Either get a 1.25" shackle or a 1" or 1.5" block. I don't want to wear my springs down any more with a shackle but I was wondering if the aal will be strong enough to keep them from degrading the arch any further. This is the only reason for the block option-they won't over extend my leaves laterally.

But then theres another option for the rear-sally up and save for some all-pro springs. I could do this I just don't know how easy it will be for me. I won't have a job until late spring/summer. I'm pretty good about saving up for my truck, I just don't know how long I can drive around looking like a pre runner wannabe.

    so here are the prices

Husky liners:71.95 for the fronts from autoanything

    Rear 1" Shackles: 65.99

    Rear 2" Shackles:89.99

    Rear 1" Block: 36.99 (no u-bolts)

    Rear 1.5" Block:39.99 (no u-bolts)

all of those lift remedies are from toytec btw. I don't know if I'll need new u-bolts for those blocks. Also if anyone knows of any company that sells 1.25"-1.5" Shackles with bushings that would be great.

    All-pro leaf springs: 349

can anyone confirm that single cab 1st gens (manual trans) have the same floor plan for double cabs? I found a set of liners for 58 bucks on streetside auto but they dont offer anything for the tacoma other than single cabs

And my guess is the fronts are the same but you won't have anything for the rear seats.

yeah I'll just be going with fronts for now and once I have a few more toys to play with I'll get the rears. All my rear seats see is boots and swim stuff so they'll be alright

went with the husky liners and i love em. I had thought of going with wheather tech but in now that i think of it i saved money and in my opinion got a better product. I really like the stamped steel pattern.

suspension upgrades will be underway this summer depending on how much money i can save up. it looks like its gonna be a packed summer though. 3 jobs, 20-25 hours of swimming per week, and possibly taking a little time off to go to the PAVE program at Vanderbilt for 6 weeks. hopefully i can get everything taken care of before then
