How much easier will 37" be to fit with a LCA Pivot and inner fender replacement combo? Just day dreaming here.

Easier, probably yes. But still going to be a lot of work. Also depends on your suspension setup. Stock width with 10” of travel will be easier to clear than LT with 15” of travel.

Meh, mine lasted through 60k playful miles of 33’s followed by 40k hard miles of 35’s and then 5k hard miles on 37’s all whilst being supercharged before blowing up the rear ring and pinion.

@81Trekker Will the shock mounts work for a long bed? And when would you recommend the H70HDs over the regular H70s?

I don’t know, never tried it and if you’re in the overboard lander camp then you want the HD’s

I'm running a set of j66 springs with a 6.5inch shackle and 14inch bilstiens. With this setup I have some axle wrap and need a traction bar. Spring under is less prone to axle wrap. Also the truck is fairly tall with no leafs taken out.

Debatable. I've been running 37s for about a year now with no issues, the last few months have also been with a locker in the front. Is it something I would do in a race truck? No. But for a weekend warrior it's been fantastic. In many cases the 37s make obstacles easier and put less stress on the truck, much like the front locker does. The issue I've been having with 37s is steering. Lack of hydraulic assist options and the strength of factory parts. I usually get a trip or two out of inner tie rods and they have excessive play. I've only ever broken 1 tie rod and I bent the steering rack at the same time.ive also only broken 1 cv with 37s and it was a cheap o rielly axle, all my OEM axles just rip boots. Alot of it is how you drive and your willingness to accept that you need to winch.

Thanks, I'll have a look at my frame tomorrow and see how it compares to the pictures you posted.

If I'm not planning on going too fast, would 2.5x14" free-bleeds go well with it?

The reason why you can kinda get away with 37’s is the fact that the trucks don’t make that much power. I doubt a 4.0 auto on 37’s could put down 150hp to the wheels. Also whoops are what kill the diffs, they don’t like the shock loads

Free bleeds are really good for doing everything. I’d stay away from a true bypass shock if the truck is a daily driver. I’ve been driving the silver truck around for the last couple weeks and I can’t take it, I’m about to weld the check valves shut

Yes, not everyone uses their truck for running through whoops at WOT. Some people like rock crawling and some like overlanding.
Either way, I'm glad to see people running bigger tires, I'm hoping it opens up a market for companies to start producing parts like you are, maybe we will get a option for a stronger "bolt in" front diff one day.
