    Looks great!
My bed is all wonky as well. I don’t think they were ever very square to begin with.

Rhino Rack has a platform and load bar set that works with the Smart Cap. However the rlt600 feet they use is on backorder everywhere. I have been using front runner products in its place.

what are you using to seal it...silicone on the corners? Just installed mine, And it leaks a little on the corners...might lift the cap up a bit, apply silicone across the back towards the front, then drop it again.

I camped in it last weekend, and wasn’t surprised to see condensation on the roof, though it was close to 0 (32F).

What I did and worked really well was used spray foam from the inside in the corners. Get up under the lip of the bed inside the side as well. Don’t overdo it because it expands. It sealed mine completely. Then just trim off what you don’t want after it drys. I used black RTV silicone as well in the areas where I could get to. But there is a lot of open space up under the bed rail that the spray foam worked perfectly for.

Sounds like most of these sealing concerns are with the bed itself, vs the seams on the cap actually leaking?

I haven't had any issues. Water gets in around the bed where it has entered with the factory trifold, and the Softopper. But for me, I was never concerned or expected it to be water proof in the bed itself.

Agreed the cap itself is very sealed. Well except for the positive pressure roof vent. That leaks like a sieve in an auto car wash haven’t tried it in heavy rain yet at interstate speed but I’m expecting it to leak some. I’m still trying to figure out how to best seal that. I kinda wish they had incorporated a lever or a way of closing it off temporarily. I can see multiple times when I wouldn’t want it open.

I've driven mine through some pretty heavy rain and never had an issue with the vent. One of my sliding windows leaks a little bit but Its not a whole lot, I may try some flex tape spray. I wouldn't care at all if I didn't have a carpeted platform though, I keep my stuff in bins anyway.

Good to know. Yeah same here I don’t really care except I kinda got it to keep things dry now and then.

Got mine installed last week, I tried installing a prinsu rack but the rails on top aren’t evenly spaced down the cap. The distance in the front is about an and inch abs a half wider that the spacing in the back? Is this typical? I wasn’t able to install the rack because of it.

Hi everyone! I'm wondering if a 29er mountain bike can fit under the RSI with a bedslide that's 4 inches high.

Can someone with a free sec measure the truckbed to the celing on the cap? I'll owe you a virtual beer!

As I’m installing my cap today, I go to install the clamps. I see that the each bolt is in different alignment. I take out my trusty tape measure and measure the front, middle and back of the cap where the lip/overhang is on the inside. The front measures 55.5", middle 54.5" and back 53.5". Is everyone else having the same alignment?
