I just went through a few months of researching and decided to go with Bilstein 5100/OME 887 coils with Deaver aals in the back. It gave me 2" lift all the way around.
Ordered from Headstrong as a kit last Friday and it got here yesterday. I spent a few hours installing them today(Saturday), and will get it aligned on Monday.
I am very pleased with its driving and looks. I like the stiffer feel. It handles and corners better than stock and IMO feels better(I am used to sports car suspension).
I will be getting 265/70/17s as soon as these tires wear out. Make sure you torque to the correct specs, as i have seen some install vids that quote Nm(as ftlbs) instead of actual ftlbs.
Someone graciously uploaded a pdf file with all the torque specs for 3rd gens on it, which I will attach below.

Also worth mentioning, No diff drop, no UCA's needed for this, and no issues at all.

    This is the before

Hey guys. 1st, I want to thank y’all for this awesome thread. It’s packed full of great info. I have a 2020 SR5 4x2. Recently ordered some 17” Methods and going to wrap them with 265/70r17’s. After reading this I’m confident I want to get 5100s but don’t think I can afford to do all 4 atm. I definitely want to keep close to factory rake bc I eventually want either a RTT or small camper. Would it be better to just do the front now and wait to do the rear with aal due to increased weight or get 1” blocks?

As you alluded to, blocks won't give you any extra load capacity like an aal will. And if you are going to put a shell on then you definitely want a little extra load capacity. It'd be ok without it, but when you load it, it gets saggy and soft much faster. I noticed a big difference after I installed the aal's. It also "balanced" the suspension with the 5100's being a little stiffer, and it handles better even with a 2" lift. My opinion is to wait and do all at once. I think you'd be much happier. Just my opinion

I was planning on installing 5100s all around with OME coils and UCAs but after reading through the info hear I think I will hold off on UCAs and use stock coils with fronts set on 4th notch. Not sure if I should go with AALs or 1" rear blocks, as far as install goes are they both similar in difficulty? Also can anyone recommend which AAL to get if I go that route? I was thinking ICON or Deaver.

    A few.
Ive done both rear block and aal before. AAL is a little more work but not bad. Helps to have a couple c -clamps.

I would go with headstrongs 3 leaf aal as first choice but Im not sure if they got them back in stock yet.

5th notch is not recommended for access cab. Not sure about lift height though.
