In my case it was just the compression fitting on the drain hose itself. Popped off the back of the washing machine. So not so much a plumbing problem as much as a “guy-who-installs-appliances-from-Lowe’s” type problem.

My rescue dog has two modes 1) Chill and 2) Thunderstorm/Fireworks. Finally decided to get a serious crate so he can’t hurt himself or the house.

Man orange county died like 20 yrs ago it seems. It's still for sale last I drove by and will continue to be as long as the owner asks the crazy money they are asking. That was my home track well the actual car track.

Nice! It had been at least 10 years since we raced here. The sinkhole killed the kart track and they finally put it back in the same place inside nascar turn 3 and 4

This is something I really want to get into with my kids. Would like to do a track day with the Honda Grom as well, looks like a fun time.

That's not a crate that is a jail cell. No reason that crate shouldn't last you forever.

You can find old chassis for pretty cheap. And then just have some fun around the house.

Man a few months after I moved into my house the stupid water line box for the fridge started leaking. It was "closed" as the fridge I was using didn't have a water line hookup, and I kept hearing dripping noises. I assumed it was the sound of rain (it rained all week that week) coming down my gutters. I looked and looked for a few days and didn't see anything. Finally pulled fridge out after 3-4 days of dropping and EEK. Looks similar to the damage posted above. Luckily my house is a ranch on a crawl space. Messed up drywall, baseboard, but I was able to get some serious air movers in for a few days and dried everything up. Sealed it all up and good as new.
