K clean coolant is flowing though the intercooler I think all the air has been purged. May have air in the block still. New oem thermostat so gotta get it up to temp and make sure it’s all flowing. Then gonna help the wife with some new kitchen hardware. Looks like today will be a success even without Jeff and the badger. I was a little worried for a minute.

Hope it was nothing important. Let’s take it for rip and see what happens.

Meatball sandwich sounds like a good plan. I just got back in the house after finishing my oil change. I drove through a puddle going up my driveway, the wet tire was strangely sparkling. Put my glasses on and could see bubbles coming from a nail in the tire, dang. My favorite meatball sandwich is an hour drive which I don't want to do with a nail in my tire. So, I'll have to settle for one closer.

Yeah it was on the floor probably came off the step son’s bike he was working on it yesterday. I don’t think our trucks use those anywhere.

Obviously, this mod is not only bad, it also looks completely ridiculous. I'm all for DIY mods if they're done the right way. I thought about crafting my own seat-jackers only because the DesertDoesIt jackers; in my opinion, very over-priced. Overall, after careful consideration, I'll opt out of doing it myself and buy a set of jackers.

A lot of prying action going on there and I say that as a structural engineer who designs shit like this daily for a living. If the head of that bolt doesn't snap off then it's probably punch through the sheet metal of the seat bracket. Or fold up the seat bracket once the impact force slams you & the seat forward in a crash. Go back to stock OP

Speaking as someone with experience in OEM chassis design/engineering/welding, specifically underbody design, I would very strongly advise against this modification.

Speaking as someone who engineers chassis/weld layout for crash performance and frequently monitors OEM crash tests….
